The Birmingham Business Journal has unveiled the finalists in the large employers category in its 2015 Best Places to Work.
The category recognizes employers with 50 to 249 local employees and features several mainstays on the Best Places to Work list, including SPOC Automation, Mayer Electric Supply Co. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The finalists were the highest-scoring companies in their size categories based on a recent employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. The survey assesses several aspects of a company’s culture, including employee engagement, loyalty and retention.
